Wedding is the most beautiful ceremony in lifetime and that's why a lot preparation and planning has to be done for this memorable day. The girl side normally do more arrangements than the boys side especially the Bride has to do a lot of preparation. Makeup Bridal Contract is a contract by the Makeup Salon. This contract contains the detail of the makeup for the bride in addition to other attendants. Most of the Wedding families prefer this Bridal Contract because it is very easy and reliable because on the wedding day there is a lot of hustle and bustle and it is also a bit difficult to manage all the makeup stuff. Thank you for inquiring about our bridal makeup and hair services.  Please read over our policies below.

Deposit Policy: We receive many inquiries a year and dates do fill up quickly.  Therefore, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit along with this signed service contract. The $100.00 deposit will go towards your wedding services. Your deposit check will be sent back to you in the event a booking comes in before your deposit arrives.  Your date is not reserved until your check has been cashed.

Minimum Policy: There is a minimum charge of $175.00.  If the location is more than 70 miles away from the start point of Round Rock, TX there is a minimum charge of $250.00. Please be advised, should services you choose total less than the minimum, the total will be the minimum as indicated above.  Minimums do not include parking or travel fees.

Booking Policy: You may add more people receiving services.  Please contact us to make sure we have time to accommodate more people. 

We allot time per wedding party according to the amount of people you indicated above receiving services.  This means we sometimes turn away other wedding bookings if we do not have time to accommodate them.  Therefore, we require payment in full for the amount of people you have indicated above requiring services.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your services at anytime.  Your deposit will not be refunded. 

In the event of sickness, accident, act of god or other reasons beyond control, Tiffany Bowler is subject to unavailability.  Efforts will be made to assist you in making other arrangements and your deposit will be refunded.

Extras: 

Travel:   $20.00 and up depending on location (local travel free)

Parking:  Valet price if nearby parking cannot be found

Early Morning:  $25.00 and up depending on time (services starting at or before 7:00am)

Holiday Fee:  $150.00 will be added to weddings booked on a holiday or a holiday weekend 

Assistant Fee: $80.00 per assistant.  Assistants are booked when you have a large wedding party 4 or more OR if you have a limited time to get ready. We will discuss with you hiring an assistant if needed.

By signing this contract, I understand that the deposit is non-refundable.  I also acknowledge I am responsible for payment of the total number of people receiving makeup and hair services as I indicated above.  I have read and understand the policies outlined above. Extra fees if applicable will be added to final bill. I will abide by this contract. Cash or check only, please.
