Residential Lease Agreement

Residential Lease Agreement is a legal agreement between the lessee and the lessor. In this agreement both the parties makes certain terms and conditions and both have to follow these terms and conditions till the contract is valid. But once the agreement becomes void both parties are free. This agreement can be made for land, house, or any other residential building. The lessee has to give monthly rent or has to do as decided by the lessor. He also has to deposit some money as security.     In residency agreement we should mention each and every point very clearly because all matter are financially dependent.Really a very tough task.Before we are making the contract it is better to view it once a single word can change entire meaning!!
